You can also specify the frame rate of the video and the resulting quality. By specifying the quality actually the bit rate is changed. Available qualities are Very Low (bit rate = 300000), Low (bit rate = 400000), Normal (bit rate = 600000), High (bit rate = 700000), Very High (bit rate = 800000) and Best (bit rate = 900000).
